This comfortable, beautiful apartment is located in one of the main roads of Barcelona, having both access to a shopping mall (Les Glòries) and train, tramway, underground and bus stations. It is also surrounded by parks and gyms for those who are keen on working out or just having a pleasant walk.

The flat has three individual, illuminated rooms, two of which have balconies. All of the rooms in the apartment have windows and receive plenty of natural light. Furthermore, there are also a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry room and a living room. All of these places have been already furnished and do not require further equipment. There is also free WIFI throughout the property.

For those who come to Barcelona to study, there are three libraries close to the building. In addition, accessing to universities is quite easy. For instance, University Pompeu Fabra and UPC are 15 minutes far away from the building by using tramway.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, as well as having parties. It is also required that those who stay in the house keep the place cleaned, especially the kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet, and respect the privacy and well being of all the occupants in the house.

Sporadic visitors are also welcomed to stay in the building as long as they follow the same rules.
