This is a small yet cozy room in a charming apartment with stunning views. This sunny and peaceful room has recently been renovated and is perfect for a comfortable stay.

You'll find a 90cm x 200cm bed, an extendable table, and an open wardrobe for your belongings. While it's not a spacious area, if you're looking for a change of scenery, you also have access to a small balcony where you can enjoy fresh air and admire the beautiful city views.

The Space:
It's important to note that, although the room doesn't have an exterior lock, you can lock it from the inside to ensure your security. We are only two brothers and one additional guest, and we all value tranquility and cleanliness in our home.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Barcelona, which means you can walk to all the city's attractions. The area is safe and offers the convenience of being close to everything.
