To fews meters walk the metro L4 and L2 stop station"La Pau".The bedroom with 2 large windows very bright: 1 single bed ( 90 x1.90 m ), pillows, study desk, chair, nightstand, lamps, wifi, 1 large closet (1.90 x 1.35 m ). Rental conditions:- We do not carry out any procedures for the NIE. Warranty: 400 EUR. - It is not alowed not Couples. Not Pets. Not smoke/drugs. -You must clean the common areas every time you get dirty. (kitchen, living room and bathroom).if you leave the apartment before the check-out date. The deposit will not be returned. And if you do not agree, the deposit will be used so that you can stay the following month.
Expenses:i ncluded Wi-Fi , but it is not included the Water,Gas and electricity. For example: if you there are 2 or 3 people you must pay 50% each person.
