It also includes maintenance cleaning every other week of the common areas, technical maintenance service, high speed internet and all utilities included up to the amount indicated in the contract.

About Eixample Esquerra

This is one of the most central areas of the city, considered by many, the heart of Barcelona with a large collection of modernist buildings. Many of the buildings in the Eixample are the work of modernist architects who have preserved fantastic original elements; high ceilings, tiled floors with mosaics, cornice ceilings and lots of natural light. ✅ Rents are per full month cycle, calendar date from the 1st to the 30/31 of the month , Independent of tenant check in or check out.
✅ Rooms are for single occupancy. Only occasional visitors are allowed.
✅ Contract renewal every 6 months.
✅Cleaning once a week in support of common areas.
