These 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.

The apartments have a balcony in the living room area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection.

The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The twin bedroom with desk has a shared bathroom with another room and will be provided with towels and bedding upon arrival.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

- Bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Security deposit: 1 month (subject to length of stay)
- Final cleaning: 100 euros.
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 100 euros.

Price for 2 person occupancy: 1115€ (+ 130€ for utilities and 130€ for final cleaning).

Accommodation and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date. For expenses, this is the price scale:
* 1-2 months: 200€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 450€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 750€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 970€ + VAT.
