These 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.

The apartments have a balcony in the living room area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection.

The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

The standard double room is for single use and has a shared bathroom with another room. It will be provided with towels and bedding upon arrival.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

- Reservations with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Deposit: 1 month (Subject to length of stay)

- Final Cleaning: 80 euros.

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 85 euros.

Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date.

Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: £150 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: £350 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: £600 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: £800 + VAT.
