The apartment is a perfect choice for students and young professionals. The apartment itself is on the fourth floor. There is a big common area and a shared kitchen. So you can spend and enjoy some time with your flatmates.
There are 4 rooms and a shared bathroom for 3 rooms. One of the rooms is meant for a couple. So 5 people will be staying at the apartment.

We provide the cleaning service of the common areas once a month and it is already included in the price!

Please note, there is a big contraction project going on right next to the building. So it will be seen from the windows and you hear the noise during their working hours.
