The apartment has all the furniture almost brand new, as the previous owner lived there with his family and renovated everything only a few years ago. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of them has a bath inside and another one with a shower cabin. Each placed in each part of the apartment, but you can choose which one to use; it is totally up to you. A spacious kitchen area has a big dining table with chairs, a dish cupboard, two big windows that are perfect for the view and fresh air, a good cooking space with a coffee machine, grill, kettles, a stove, an oven, and multiple storage lockers. In general, it's such a cozy and comfortable apartment that even has a sauna inside, giving you a feeling of a real home, not just a WG.
The room is placed in the first part of the apartment close to the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. However, in the second part of the apartment, you can at any time enjoy the sauna with space for up to 4 people, also easily controlled with just two buttons.
This former yoga room that can be easily used as a personal room. This room (9,22m2) is slightly bigger then Room 1, however, it has no bed, so the price is the cheapest. A window with a nice view of trees in the backyard and some other buildings is right next to the bed, so you can enjoy the sunrise and golden hour right in your room.
