The room has two large windows and a parquet floor. The two windows make the room very bright. The room has one large and double bed (Ikea Hemnes, extendable, lying surface of 160cmx200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a chair and a table lamp.

The apartment has been recently renovated . The new kitchen contains high-quality electrical appliances with an oven, induction hob, free-standing refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle.

The washer-dryer (washing machine + dryer) is also available in the kitchen and can of course be used.

The rent includes all costs for heating, hot and cold water, internet, electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you.
