I’m subletting my fully furnished private room located directly across from Ruhr University Bochum at UniCenter for two months. Please note that address registration is not possible as I remain the main tenant, but students of RUB and Hochschule Bochum will enjoy an incredibly convenient location!

The room is just a 2-minute walk to the university and U-Bahn station, making it perfect for easy campus access and commuting.

The room is fully equipped and ready for immediate move-in:

-Comfortable bed with fresh bedding
-Spacious wardrobe
-Fully equipped private kitchen (with utensils, pots, pans, and more)
-Private Bathroom
-Study desk and cozy office chair
-High-speed internet access (RUB students can connect via the rooter)
-Modern furniture and all essentials, including towels and cleaning supplies

Rent includes everything: heating, water, electricity, and internet (for RUB students, not sure how to connect to eduroam but that also works I think).

P.S. It's a private studio apartment so there are no roommates, I just couldn't save the page without entering a number there so it may be showing that there is a roommate, but there is none! :)

UniCenter is the heart of student life, with shops, cafes, and all essential amenities at your doorstep. Available immediately until I return in December. :)
