Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten.

This is a nice apartment with five separate rooms located in Innenstadt-West, Barmerstraße.
The room is furnished (a desk, a chair, open wardrobe and a bed).
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items (cook top, electric kettle, fridge, kitchenware).
Washing machine is available in the apartment as well as Wi-Fi.
The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by 5 persons in total.
Tenants are responsible for keeping the apartment clean during their stay.
Please note that there is a mandatory bed linen fee of 30 EUR.
