Hallo zusammen 😊,

unsere WG sucht einen neuen MieterInnen für einen geräumiges und helles Zimmer! Wir sind alle gesellig und kochen auch gerne zusammen oder trinken mal einen. Es hat aber auch jeder genug Ruhe und Privatsphäre.
Unsere Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer (beide mit Dusche und WC) und eine große Küche in der für alle Platz ist, inklusive Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.

DAS W-LAN/INTERNET IST KOSTENLOS
FÜR DIE ZIMMER- BAD UND KÜCHENMÖBEL IST KEIN ABSCHLAG NOTWENIG.

Hey there!
Our shared flat of four is looking for a new tendant! The three of us are very relaxed, friendly and very grateful for each other.
We enjoy having dinner together or drinking wine but as we’re all working there is plenty of room for peace and quiet as well. Our flat includes two bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet) and a roomy kitchen (washing machine and dish washer!).

WIFI-INTERNET IS FREE
YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY ANY CHARGES FOR THE FURNITURE

Lage
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am Main im Stadtteil Frankfurt-Griesheim. Man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 3 min am S-Bahnhof Griesheim, von dort kommt man Rund um die Uhr in die City (5 Min zum Frankfurt Hbf oder 25 Min zum Flughafen). Mit dem Auto kann man eigentlich immer vor der Haustür parken und ist in ein paar Minuten auf der Autobahn oder in der Innenstadt. Rewe, Kiosk und Netto sind auch nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt.

Our flat is located in Frankfurt Griesheim right next to river „Main“. You can get to Griesheim trainstation by bus, bike or foot within 5-10min and trains S1 and S2 will get you into the City centre within 3 min (24/7). To the airport you will get within 25 min.
Usually theres always enough space to park your car right outside the house. Rewe is also pretty much around the corner

WG-Leben
Im Moment sind wir drei Personen in der WG. Wir arbeiten oder studieren alle, sind darum keine Party WG. Wir suchen nach einer offenen, lockeren Person, die sich ins WG Leben einbinden will aber auch Ruhe und Sauberkeit schätzt 😊

Im Bezug auf einen Putzplan: Den können wir gerne aufstellen, alternativ wäre ich aber auch bei einer gemeinsamen Putzfee dabei 😂


We’re 2 persons at the moment. As we are all working, we’re usually not partying all night but once the Corona situation has improved you’re happy to have friends over. Our new tendant should be nice, laid back and appreciate cleanliness and privacy :)
