Every Wednesday afternoon, and until early evening, the Châtelain market takes possession of the square of the same name. Here you can stock up on exclusive products, in the company of trendy Brussels residents who love to have a good time with a drink in their hand.

We are looking for new tenants who want to stay minimum 6 months or 12 months. In case of shorter rneting periods less then 1 year we ask a monthly supplement depending of the rental period .

The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant. (the price for this is calculated by the expertise office +/- 75 euros for one inventory 📋)

There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euros a night and an assurance fee of 65 euros to be covered during your whole stay (65 euros to be paid only one time for a whole year).
