Single room . It’s interior but it has a window open to the staircase. Well ventilated. It includes a lovely chest of drawers

People should be clean and tidy.

The landlord will live in the apartment as well.

The cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen is distributed among the 3 people living here.

I don't allow friends sleeping over. Except an exceptional occasion.
