As a welcome gift, we will give you a kit of personal hygiene products, a disinfection kit plus a towel and set of sheets already assembled in the room.
Apartment is very well connected to Gran Vía, Sol, Callao by buses and/or metro, near Príncipe de Vergara, Conde de Peñalver, María Molina, Goya, Velázquez, Padilla, Serrano streets. Metro Núñez de Balboa (L 5 and 9), Lista (L 4) and Diego de León (L 4, 5, 6).
The atmosphere of the apartment is calm and respectful, we do not allow parties, noise or smoking.
Common floor areas: kitchen with two refrigerators and two full bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). There is no living room.
