This room is within a flat of 3 rooms, is a flat mainly for young professionals and posgraduates in a quiet street within the lively Tirso de Molina neighborhood, the place to be in Madrid. The room is really spcacious, with huge king size hight quality bed (matress 150x190, with space below). The window opens to the livind room.

The flat has two different bathrooms (one of them is shared by this room and another one), quite a big open kitcken. An amazing and lighty living room, with and impresive balcony and a stylish huge table ideal for home working or remote classes. Fully equiped.

The deposit-fianza of 600€. Refundable at the end of the stay, after checking the room-house (discounting only possible damages or pending bills).

Available for rentals from the 1st of September onwards. A minimum stay of 9 months.
