The apartment is very centrally located in Munich's Au neighborhood. 5 minutes walk to subway stop U2 Fraunhoferstrasse (2 stops to Munich central station), 5 minutes walk to lively district Glockenbach, 200m to the green stripe of the city beach of river Isar.

You should like pets, because there are 2 lovely cats living in the apartment.
