The electricity costs that are included in the rent cover up to €25 per month for individual use of the room or up to €40 per month for use by a couple, so the excess of that amount in electricity consumption will be borne by the tenants in proportional parts.

Couples interested in this room will have to pay an extra amount of €180/month for the additional person. The deposit will also be increased by €180.

The cleaning of common areas is the joint responsibility of all tenants. The cleaning of the room is the sole responsibility of each tenant.

An OPTIONAL CLEANING SERVICE is offered for both common areas and your private room. The cost is as follows:

• Biweekly cleaning of common areas: €24/month (to be paid proportionally by all tenants).
• Weekly cleaning of common areas: €44/month (to be paid proportionally by all tenants).
• Weekly cleaning of your private room: €40/month.
• Biweekly cleaning of your private room: €22/month.
• Monthly cleaning of your private room: €13/month.
• One-off extraordinary cleaning: €25 (one-off payment).
