The area where the Calle Pintor Maella apartment is located is lively and jovial, it has several cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The supermarket is under the farm. In the street of the apartment, there is a bike path that connects to the points of interest in Valencia. In addition, this street is on the corner of Avda el Puerto, an avenue that runs down to the port of Valencia and has multiple bus lines.
