The apartment is newly renovated and furnished, with high quality materials. The day area consists of a spacious living room with access to a cozy balcony. The kitchen is modern and is integrated into the living room, has all appliances needed for cooking from your arrival.
The living room leads to the sleeping area where we find 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.

Its location is excellent, it is located in Ciutat Vella, a few meters from Las Ramblas and Avenida Paralelo. Surrounded by all kinds of services such as supermarkets, local stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. It is also very close to the mountain of Montjuic, ideal for sports and outdoor activities.
On one side, it is very close to Plaza España, where you will find tourist attractions, a shopping center and several metro and bus stations. On the opposite side, Ronda Litoral and the port are an 8-minute walk away.
The nearest station is "Paral-lel" (L3) located 3 minutes walk away.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
