Upon entering you will find a bright living room with access to a cozy balcony with exterior views ideal for enjoying the climate of the city. The kitchen is American style and has all the utensils and high-end appliances such as oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob, and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and wifi.

The apartment is located in Sant Llàtzer street with Carme street, a few minutes from the Rambla del Raval. It is a residential area, quiet and with all services such as pharmacy, supermarkets, and stores at your disposal.
It is also very close to the metro stop Sant Antoni (L2).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
