The dining room is located in another area of the apartment, next to the kitchen, and with access to the large terrace. The kitchen is independent, fully equipped with crockery, utensils and appliances, ready to cook from your arrival.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is double, exterior and with access to the balcony, has a chest of drawers and closet to store everything you need. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack. The third bedroom is also double and has a chest of drawers. The 3 bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms with shower.
Located in the heart of the village of Gracia, a residential area par excellence. Walking through its narrow streets you will be captivated by each of its corners, full of personality. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
