This is a modern apartment in the center of Barcelona, fully furnished and with a 30m2 terrace waiting for you.
The living room is cozy and very comfortable, where you can relax and watch your favorite programs. However, the protagonist space is undoubtedly the terrace, where you can enjoy a meal and drinks with friends during the wonderful sunny days.
The kitchen is independent and is equipped with all the utensils and appliances to cook from the day of arrival.
The bedroom has a double bed and an open closet. In addition, an additional room equipped as a study, is the perfect space for academic or work activities from home. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Gothic (hidden)teps away from countless tourist attractions such as the Cathedral of Barcelona, the Bishop's Bridge and the Museum of History of Barcelona. It is also close to the coast and the port of Barcelona.
In the surroundings you will find supermarkets, cafes, trendy bars, restaurants and all the necessary services.
In addition, it is perfectly communicated with the rest of the city by metro and bus. The nearest metro stations are Jaume I (L4) and Drassanes (L3), a 5-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
