The sleeping area is located on the second floor. The bedroom has a double bed with a chest to store everything you need and a spacious closet. In addition, on this floor you will find a space that functions as a more private living room, also with sofa bed, and a comfortable desk will be the perfect environment to work or study in peace and quiet from home. On this level, you will also find 1 full bathroom with shower.
In addition, the apartment has a spectacular terrace for private use which is accessed directly by elevator. On this terrace there is a pergola with reed to generate shade in a table area with four chairs, next to a relaxation area where you can sunbathe equipped with two sun loungers.

The nearest station "Poble Sec" (L3) is a 3-minute walk away; 11 minutes away is Plaza España, one of the main landmarks of the city where you will find the Arenas Shopping Center; also the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the Museum of Archaeology of Catalonia are an 8-minute walk away.
It's also close to the famous Sant Antoni market and Av Paralelo, one of Barcelona's main thoroughfares.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
