Paseo Sant Joan, which is one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona is located 7 minutes walk away, where you can go for walks, sports and outdoor activities. Throughout its route offers a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this arboleada road that culminates in the iconic Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
