It is a modern apartment of 63m2 located in the center of L'Esquerra de l'Eixample, and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
The day area has a living-dining room and an integrated kitchen. This space is bright and has access to a cozy terrace of 7m2, perfect for relaxing from the day to day. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils, utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and access to the terrace; and the second bedroom has a single bed, a spacious desk and closet. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
Its location is perfect, in the sought-after neighborhood of Eixample, as it is very central, quiet and residential. You will find absolutely all kinds of stores, squares, parks, shopping centers, boutiques, bars, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as various tourist attractions.
The apartment is located on Diputació street, 3 minutes walk from Plaza Universidad (L1/L2) and 12 minutes from the most important square of the city: Plaza Catalunya, where you will find a wide range of stores and several metro, train and bus stops.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
