The apartment is located on Carrer de Consell de Cent, 3 minutes walk from the nearest station "Girona" (L4/L5). A few steps from Plaza Tetuan and the beautiful Paseo Sant Joan, a green space for walking, sports or enjoy its gastronomic offer.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
