It has a perfect communication with the metro, train and bus, and all kinds of public transport stops. A 2 minute walk from the square and Urquinaona station (L1/L4).
The Arc de Triomf and the Parc de la Ciutadella, located approximately 10 minutes away, are the ideal place for outdoor activities such as walks and sports; and you will also find a wide range of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
