Both bedrooms come with bedside tables, ample closet space, and radiators for heating. The living room exudes character with its authentic vigas catalanas and exposed brick walls, offering a cozy sofa, TV, and additional storage. A dedicated workspace with a desk and high-speed fiber optics internet makes this apartment ideal for remote working.

The stylish bathroom includes a modern shower, toilet, and sink. Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, and a comfortable heating system. If you are planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot ahead of time online, and offer a discount via parclick.

Is this a work trip?

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be.

Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!

Important information for long term bookings ( bookings of 1 month minimum stay):

Long term bookings have an additional cost of €150 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival.

*includes electricity, water, gas, maintenance and internet

Late check-in:
Late check-ins (after 8PM) are subject to a €25 cash fee, to be collected by the person checking you in.
Night check-ins (after 12AM) are subject to a €50 cash fee, to be collected by the person checking you in.
(We value our staff’s free time, so we have to pay them extra to stay up so late)
