This modern and bright apartment of 52m2, is located a few steps from the wonderful Parque de la Ciudadela.
The day area has a bright and spacious living room with access to a beautiful balcony where you can relax. In addition, you will find an integrated kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the first day of your stay.
The sleeping area has a double bedroom with ample storage space and a practical layout. There is also a single room with a trundle bed.
It also has a bathroom with a complete toilet and shower area.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The apartment is located in the center of Barcelona, in Carrer del Portal Nou. A few steps from historical monuments such as the Arc de Triomphe, and tourist attractions such as the Moco Museum or the Picasso Museum. It is also 13 minutes walk away from the most important square of the city, Plaza Catalunya.
A 5 minute walk away, you will find the Parc de la Ciutadella, a perfect place for outdoor activities with friends, sports or just strolling and enjoying the day.
The nearest metro stations are “Arc de Triomf” (L1/Rodalies Renfe), “Urquinaona” (L4) and Francia station where you can take trains to different points outside the city. In addition, the Barcelona North Bus Station, one of the main bus stations in Barcelona, is located a few steps away and you can take from here buses with national and international connections.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
