It is a modern apartment of 58m2 located in the center of L'Esquerra de l'Eixample, and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
The day area has a living-dining room and an integrated kitchen. This space has access to a cozy balcony overlooking Carrer de Diputaciò. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook from the day of arrival.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: one double and one single. The double bedroom has a built-in closet and access to the balcony. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom with shower. A third room equipped as an office is the perfect place to study or work comfortably from home.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
Its location is perfect, in the sought after neighborhood of Eixample, as it is very central, quiet and residential. You will find absolutely all kinds of stores, squares, parks, shopping centers, boutiques, bars, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as various tourist attractions.
The apartment is located on Diputació street, 3 minutes walk from Plaza Universidad (L1/L2) and 12 minutes from the most important square of the city: Plaza Catalunya, where you will find a wide range of stores and several metro, train and bus stops.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
