Upon entering, you will find the comfortable living room with sofa bed where you can relax and unwind watching your favorite shows. The kitchen is modern, and has the necessary appliances for day-to-day use. It has a small table so you can have a quick breakfast and a space that is used as a laundry room. This floor has a toilet.
On the second level, there are 2 double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a large closet and desk.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating by hot and cold pump, as well as fiber optics and wifi. and alarm.
*The neighborhood:*
The apartment is located in the Eixample Esquerra neighborhood, this is one of the most valued areas of Barcelona for its strategic location. The area is very quiet, residential and totally central, it is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings.
The nearest metro line is "Entença" (L5), 5 minutes walking, the Hospital Clinic is 6 minutes away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
