On the first floor is the day area with a bright living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed where you can enjoy your favorite series or movies thanks to the modern TV with wired internet.
This space has access to the cozy balcony overlooking Carrer Vallhonrat where you can enjoy the sun while having breakfast or a drink in the afternoon. The kitchen is integrated and equipped with the necessary appliances to be able to cook from the day of arrival. Also on this level you will find a full bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is located on the second floor and has 2 comfortable bedrooms. Each has a double bed with a chest to store everything you need and a spacious closet. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony to relax and enjoy the sun. The bedrooms share on this level, 1 full bathroom with shower.
In addition, the apartment has assigned a spectacular terrace for private use which is accessed directly by elevator. On this terrace there is a pergola with reed to generate shade in a table area with four chairs, next to a relaxation area where you can sunbathe equipped with four sun loungers.

The nearest station "Poble Sec" (L3) is a 3-minute walk away; 11 minutes away is Plaza España, one of the main landmarks of the city where you will find the Arenas Shopping Center; also the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the Museum of Archeology of Catalonia, are an 8-minute walk away.
It is also close to the famous Sant Antoni Market and Av Paralelo, one of the main arteries of Barcelona.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
