This is a recently renovated apartment of 52 m2 perfectly distributed.
Upon entering you will find the independent and fully equipped kitchen, with all the appliances and utensils you need for day to day, such as: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer. Then we access the modern living room decorated with style, this has access to a large gallery space that could be used as a study if you work or study.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom, en suite and with double bed, plus a closet so you can store what you need. The bathroom is complete with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
Its location is perfect, in the sought after neighborhood of Eixample, as it is very central, quiet and residential.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Paseo de Sant Joan, 3 minutes walk from the station "Arco del Triunfo" (L1); 6 minutes from Plaza Tetuan (L2); and 5 minutes from the North Station, which is one of the 3 most important bus stations in Barcelona, and from where you can access national and international connections.
It is an area full of green spaces, the most important being the Parque de la Ciudadela. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of stores, bars, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as various tourist attractions.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
