This 37m2 apartment located a step away from the station “Drassanes”, is fully furnished and ready to move in.
The day area consists of the practical living room where you can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite reading. The kitchen is integrated into the space and has been equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home.
The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
Its location is excellent, it is located in Ciutat Vella, a few meters from La Rambla and Avenida Drassanes, where some tourist attractions such as the Maritime Museum of Barcelona or the monument to Columbus are located. Surrounded by all kinds of services such as supermarkets, local stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.
It is very close to Ronda Litoral, the port of Barcelona and the Maremagnum shopping center. It is also very close to the mountain of Montjuic, ideal for sports and outdoor activities.
The nearest station is “Drassanes” (L3) located 4 minutes walking.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
