It is a comfortable and spacious apartment located in one of the most central areas of the city in *Ciutat Vella*. Surrounded by bars, shops of all kinds and public transport we find this flat of 95mt2.
The day area consists of a large and very bright living room with access to a nice balcony where you can enjoy the pleasant climate of the city. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.
The night area consists of 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and one has a single bed. The rooms share a complete bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The apartment is located in a central location of Barcelona. A few steps from historical monuments such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and tourist attractions such as the Moco Museum or the Picasso Museum. It is also located 6 minutes away from the Parque de la Ciudadela, which is a favorite place for outdoor activities such as sports, walks or meetings with friends.
You will also have a varied offer of all kinds of services around such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all kinds of commerce.
The nearest station is "Barceloneta" (L4) at 3 minutes walking distance.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
