The night area consists of a double bedroom en suite with a complete bathroom with shower. From the bedroom you have direct access to the terrace.
The flat also has a laundry area, as well as air conditioning, heating and high speed internet.
Located in Villa de Gracia, you will have around you and walking, countless points of attractions, including bars, restaurants, museums, cinemas and services. Also just steps away from Avenida Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, important arteries of Barcelona.
With good access to public transport, the nearest metro station is just a 3 minute walk away, Fontana (L3).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
