📄 ⚠️ Important to Note:
In accordance with Spanish rental laws (LAU):
✅ A rental contract must be signed before check-in.
✅ A security deposit and ID copies are required.
✅ Purpose of stay documentation will be requested.
🕰️ Check-in: From 3 PM.
🕰️ Check-out: By 11 AM.
💡 Utilities: Bills included up to €150/month. Any excess will be deducted from the deposit.
⚠️ For stays longer than 6 months, the deposit is equivalent to 2 months' rent.
