This lovely cozy 2-bedroom apartment in Prenzlauer Berg has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to four people a stylish home in the capital. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms with one doublebed (140x200) and two single beds (90x200), a bathroom with shower and a kitchen where you and your loved ones can taste something delicious.

The residential area is ideal for those who love the urban flair. In the immediate vicinity are numerous cool locations, such as trendy cafes, bars or scene clubs.

If you prefer a bit quieter, you will have a relaxing walk through the Volkspark Friedrichshain. Alexanderplatz, TV-Tower, Potsdamer Platz, the Brandenburger Tor and the government quarter are in any Berlin visit missing - and they must not. Thanks to its central location and easy access to public transport, every hotspot can be reached quickly.

In general, Prenzlauer Berg is the place-to-be, because here young and old, artists and businessmen, primordial Berliners and world-goers gather together - a life-filled district in which to live well. Supermarkets and other shopping opportunities are located in the direct vicinity.

Unfortunately, this platform does not allow the exchange of personal contact details before a booking is confirmed. I also kindly ask you to limit your initial booking request to a maximum of 2 months. We can not accept booking requests for more than 2 months via this platform because of that. But once the booking is made, we will sign a rental contract through our office in Berlin, which could include an extended rental period of 6-12 months. If you initially book for a shorter period (e.g., two months), we can immediately arrange a contractual extension. However, at the time of booking, no follow-up booking exists, meaning that you always have at least one month after the initial booking to extend their rental period (even before move in).

The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. The monthly payments for the consumption costs of water (cold/hot), heating (gas) and energy generally covers the costs for normal, customary consumption. If the consumption costs exceed the advance payments due to excess consumption, the difference must be paid by the tenant (rule of reasonableness). This agreement ensures that water and energy are used in a sustainable manner.
