A few details: 50mbps internet including a repeater (the internet works in the entire apartment), screen projector, Vitamix blender, dishwasher, microwave, ambient lighting, a guitar, a study table, bike storage, the entire condo grounds for children to play.

ps: the kid's room can be a meditation room, or storage, or adding a bed is possible!

The location couldn't be better - 2 min from Rosa Luxemburg subway on the edge of Mitte and Prenzberg. There is a supermarket inside the apartment complex, so you can buy groceries without leaving the complex. There is also a DHL station so you don't have to go to the post office either.

Stuff you can use:

- All the electronics and machines
- Toys if you have kids
- Nice cordless vacuum cleaner, powertools

note: smoking only in the balcony
