The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet).

Our minimum contract period is 2 months

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 150,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 1500€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.
