The apartment has one bedroom with a queensize bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large living room with an open kitchen.
There is a large balcony on the same floor as the apartment and a large rooftop terrace on top. You can access the flat by elevator.

Sonos sound system is in all rooms and a large beamer with Netflix is to be found in the living room.
Washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom.

The apartment is very bright because it faces south, so you get sunlight almost all day long. Electric sunblinds are installed on all windows. The Mauerpark is directly at your doorstep. Since the street is a one-way street, it is also very quiet.

You'll find a gas barbecue on the balcony.

Public transportation: Gesundbrunnen station is about a 12-minute walk away (great for getting to the airport quickly with the FEX), but you can also walk to the U8 or U2 in about 10 minutes each. The main train station is about a 10-minute drive away.

There is an Aldi 2 minutes away and a Rewe 10 minutes away.

There are many restaurants, bars, and yoga studios nearby. Also playgrounds are to be found many.

Weekly cleaning of the flat is mandatory and not included in the rent. The cost is 60 € per week and is to be paid with the rent.
