The price shown is for up to 2 people living in the apartment. For every additional person there is 395€ surcharge incl. children from 7 years of age.

There is a mandatory cleaning incl. change of bed sheets which will take place once a week, for which you will be notified of a time frame in advance. Cleaning cannot be canceled and is a prerequisite for renting from us. Cleaning is not included in the price - costs per one cleaning are 50,00 EUR. If there is a mess and the surfaces are not clean on the day of cleaning, there will be a surcharge of 30€ per room.
