From 16.07.2025 we will be renting out our beautiful, charming and sunny 3-room attic apartment.
In addition to the three rooms, the apartment with its special flair also has a gallery with a guest bed. It is personally furnished and fully equipped, it has very friendly neighbors and is offered for temporary use. (min. 4 months up to max. two years).

The apartment is furnished for two adults.
However, it can also be converted for living with a child.

A confirmation from the landlord and a change to the letterbox and doorbell lettering are possible on request.


Included in the rent:
Furnishing surcharge, operating costs, heating; TV-Internet/Wifi, water/waste water, broadcasting fee; stairwell cleaning.

Not included in the rent:
-Electricity can easily be registered with an electricity provider yourself.
-Parking space on the property can be rented for EUR 45 per month.
- Regular apartment cleaning (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) can be arranged.
