This is a cozy and practical 35m2 apartment, completely ready to move in.
The day area consists of a comfortable living room with integrated kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home.
The bedroom has a double bed, semi-open closet and a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The location is excellent, in a very quiet neighborhood. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of stores such as restaurants, pharmacies, local stores, supermarkets and green areas for outdoor activities. The shopping center La Farga is located 3 minutes walk away.
It is also very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
