This apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 35 sqm surface and balcony. The space is divided in: - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat is ideal for 2 people Main bedroom has a double bed & an indepent complete bathroom with shower plate. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, microwaves, stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a double sofa-bed and a flat screen TV. There is a electricl heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have AC by split machine. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 100€/month. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport.
