As soon as the house is entered, we see a small corridor that gives access to a spacious living-dining room with a 135cm sofa bed, TV and dining table. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, fridge and washing machine among other necessary kitchen utensils. The room is double with a double trundle bed with a large built-in wardrobe. The house has other elements that can make the stay more pleasant, such as electric radiators and air conditioning in all rooms.
The apartment is located in the Ciudad Lineal district of Madrid, specifically in the Barrio de la Concepción. You can find services around such as supermarkets, children's areas, sports centers, restaurants, gyms, etc. However, it is also close to places of interest such as the Madrid Mosque, the Civil Cemetery, as well as shopping centers such as Arturo Soria and the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center, among others. Regarding accessibility, the closest metro is at the Ciudad Lineal station and buses 70, 48 and 21 are the closest.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
