MONTHLY RENTAL
Wonderful and renovated apartment for rent located in Azca.
This bright apartment is fully furnished. The living room has two large sofas, a coffee table and a dining table with access to the private terrace overlooking Orense street. It has two exterior double bedrooms and one is en suite. The apartment has two full bathrooms and plenty of storage space thanks to the built-in wardrobes in the entrance and bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for your comfort such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchenware.
It is perfectly located in Chamartin, in the Azca area. You will find all the basic services around, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks, pharmacies and more. This is an emblematic neighborhood of Madrid, and you will also be close to places of interest such as Paseo de la Castellana, where the El Corte Inglés department store is located, and the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, among others. You can also get to know the rest of the city by public transport, with the nearest metro and train station being Menendez Pelayo (L-6-8-10) and several bus lines such as 5-149-C1, among others.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
