MONTHLY RENTAL
Completely renovated monthly rental apartment located in the Valdeacederas neighborhood, near Plaza Castilla with all services included in the consumption fee that is paid. It is a ground floor with a very bright living-dining room with a sofa, SMARTTV and a kitchenette equipped with the necessary utensils for your stay in Madrid. The room has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower tray. The terrace - patio in the photo is not for exclusive use, it is shared with the other ground floors. It is an apartment that has all the amenities around it: restaurants, bars, transport networks.
Walking you can easily go to the famous Torres Kio and the Cuatro Torres of Madrid and now the IE. Ideally located, it is close to the Valdeacederas L1 metro station and numerous bus lines.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
