MONTHLY RENTAL
Renovated rental apartment, exterior with terrace located in the Valdeacederas neighborhood, near Plaza Castilla. It offers a bright outdoor living room with a sofa, TV, dining table and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge. washing machine, ceramic hob and kitchen utensils. It has a double room with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace that overlooks an interior patio. It is a flat that has all the comforts: restaurants, bars, transport networks.
Walking you can easily go to the famous Kio Towers and the Four Towers of Madrid. Ideally located, it is close to the Valdeacederas L1 metro station and numerous bus lines.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
